Connecting with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world is one of the most important things we can do right now on this planet. Forest bathing, originally known as shinrin-yoku in Japan, is the practice of intentionally connecting with the forest as a way to heal. Join us for a guided forest bath in Van Cortlandt Park with Academy Fellow Clare Hagan. Clare will lead us in ways to slow down, cultivate a sense of presence, and find calm, creativity, and connection in the natural world.
