The legendary Kronos Quartet is perhaps the most celebrated and influential string quartet of our time. Over 50 years, it has stretched the boundaries of what a quartet can do. This concert includes the world premiere of “A Teacher’s Suite,” a piece (commissioned by the Academy for Teachers) that considers what it means to teach. Recorded voices of our Fellows contemplating their profession are a part of this unusual work.
