Drawing from her new book, Hold Nothing, Elena Brower will explore how intentional stillness and embodied awareness can sharpen attention, deepen empathy, and renew one’s sense of purpose. Through gentle movement, guided meditation, reflective writing, and open dialogue, participants in this master class will use Zen-based tools to examine the relationship between inner discipline and outer clarity, and explore how silence and observation can be sources of strength in both teaching and living.
