Join us for an evening with Young Concert Artists featuring up-and-coming musicians Megan Moore, mezzo-soprano, and Francesco Barfoed, piano, playing Handel, Schubert and others. Bring a guest and enjoy the music with fellow teachers!

Mezzo-soprano Megan Moore is making waves as a young artist of versatility and depth. An award-winning opera and concert singer, she was awarded First Prize in the 2020 Young Concert Artists International Auditions and was a top prize winner at Gerda Lissner Lieder & Song Competition in 2019. Megan is currently completing her Artist Diploma at The Juilliard School, where she is a student of Elizabeth Bishop.

Young Concert Artists has been dedicated to discovering and launching the careers of exceptional young musicians for 60 years. Each year through a rigorous audition process, YCA chooses a new group of stunning young musicians to add to its roster with the promise of debuts in both New York City and Washington, D.C. These young people are the future of classical music and YCA invests in their careers so they may spend a lifetime bringing the gift of music to audiences around the world.
