Barrie Allen
With a background in early childhood education, deaf education, high school deanship, and mindfulness, Academy Fellow Barrie Allen runs the Prep School Mindfulness program at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School. She teaches mindfulness classes in eighth through twelfth grade, develops individualized stress resilience programs, and conducts workshops for students and faculty.
